Frequently Asked Questions About the Voucher
Can I also pay for food with the voucher?
No, the vouchers are valid exclusively for drinks at all beverage stands of the Berchtesgadener Advent. Please pay the regular price at food, craft, or other stands.
Do old mugs from previous years still work?
Yes, of course. Older collectible mugs from the Berchtesgadener Advent, as well as mugs from our Alpen-Advent partners in Sterzing, Großarl, and St. Wolfgang, are filled at all beverage stands.
How long are the vouchers valid?
This is stated on the respective voucher, but at least 2 years.
Can I buy individual vouchers?
The vouchers are only available in a 10-pack plus one free voucher. Individual vouchers are not available.
Where do you ship?
Within Germany, Austria, and to all EU countries. For shipping outside the EU, please contact us beforehand by email.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Usually 1–2 business days within Germany after receipt of payment. Please allow a total of 3–5 business days from order to delivery.
